At the World Robot Conference in Beijing, humanoid robots took center stage. At the Stardust Intelligence booth, the AI assistant robot S1 stole the spotlight with its impressive performances in yangqin music, martial arts, and calligraphy, captivating both professionals and the media.
S1's precise and controlled movements, showcased in its graceful yangqin performance on elastic strings, demonstrated its remarkable speed, strength, and accuracy.
CCTV News featured a special report on the imitation learning and intelligent control behind S1's calligraphy. Company founder Lai Jie explained that the robot's smooth actions are due to top-tier force control and human-like physical metrics on the hardware side, while on the AI side, real human motion data was used, enabling the robot to learn and evolve quickly.
